Conservación

Keep refrigerated between 0 ºC and 4 ºC, the temperature required by the caviar. Once opened, consume the salmon and trout roe within 4 days and the flavoured pearls within 7 days, stored between 2 ºC and 6 ºC.
Sugerencia de uso

Serve the caviar on its own or with blinis, and the roe on toast, salads or fish. The passion fruit pearls add a tropical touch to tartares, salads and desserts; the balsamic vinegar pearls, to carpaccios, cheeses and salads.

A selection to discover the best of Spherika: 2 tins of 20 g baeri caviar with a key to open them, keta salmon roe (50 g), trout roe (50 g), passion fruit pearls (55 g) and balsamic vinegar of Modena pearls (55 g).
It combines natural roe, rich in omega 3, vitamin B12 and protein, with very low-calorie flavour pearls.
GMO-free and gluten-free.

Perlas de Vinagre balsámico de Módena:
- Ingredientes: 77% vinagre balsámico de Módena [vinagre (sulfitos) y mosto], agua, espesante (E 1422), estabilizante (E 509), gelificante (E 401).
