The Spherika Baeri Caviar comes from the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii).

It is prepared using the Malossol method, which brings out its full natural flavour.

Tasting notes:

A caviar of medium persistence on the palate, with a mildly iodised flavour, intense yet smooth, dominated by fruity and mineral notes. The grains are medium-sized with a creamy texture. Its colour ranges from light grey to glossy black.
