Anchoviar are 2mm diameter anchovy pearls, creamy texture and black color, made from Cantabrian anchovies, which give them their pleasant and intense flavor of the sea.

They are a perfect ingredient for all kinds of dishes, and can be used in both hot and cold recipes.

WITHOUT: GMO, aromas, flavour enhancers, preservatives and colourings.

Conservation

Once opened, consume within 15 days. Store between 2ºC and 10ºC

Suggestion for use

Anchoviar anchovy pearls are perfect for large celebrations or meetings with friends, as well as a small appetizer before eating. You can use them as a topping for salads or canapés, or to give a more special touch to pasta.
