An alternative to salmon roe at a significantly lower cost. Its flavour, colour, texture and liquid interior make it practically impossible to distinguish from natural roe.
Pearls that are somewhat more resistant than natural roe. Ideal when aesthetics are important.
No GMO or gluten.
Numerous uses: ready to eat or to cook. It does not lose its shape or discolour with heat.
An alternative to fish roe, for consumption that is more respectful of marine resources.
Long shelf life: 12 months from production and 7 days after opening.
Storage temperature: between 2ºC and 6ºC.

Salmon broth [water, 1.5% salmon] (fish), salt, sunflower oil, 3.3% salmon oil (fish), sugar, gelling agent (E 401), thickeners (E 466, E 407), modified corn starch, fish sauce (anchovy extract (fish), salt, sugar), stabiliser (E 509), colours (E 160c, E 120), flavourings (fish), acidulant (E 330), preservative (E 211).
