Conservación

Keep refrigerated between 0 ºC and 4 ºC, the temperature required for caviar. Once opened, consume the salmon and trout roe within 4 days.
Sugerencia de uso

Serve the caviar on its own or on blinis to appreciate its full flavour. The salmon and trout roe are ideal on toast or canapés, in salads, Japanese dishes or to accompany fish.
