Conservación

Keep refrigerated between 0 ºC and 4 ºC, the temperature caviar requires. Once opened, consume the salmon roe within 4 days, the herring pearls within 15 days and the oil pearls within 7 days.
Sugerencia de uso

Ideal for making canapés and toasts: the caviar on blinis, the salmon roe on toast, the herring pearls in devilled eggs or Russian salad, and the olive oil pearls on gazpacho, tomato or cheese.

Everything you need for a special aperitif: baeri sturgeon caviar (20 g), keta salmon roe (50 g), black herring pearls (50 g) and extra virgin olive oil pearls (50 g).
It combines natural roe, rich in omega 3, vitamin B12 and protein, with fish and flavour spherifications.
