An alternative to salmon roe at a significantly lower cost. Their flavour, colour, texture and liquid centre make them practically indistinguishable from natural roe.
Pearls slightly more resistant than natural roe. Ideal when presentation matters.
GMO-free and gluten-free.
Many uses: ready to eat or to cook with. Keeps its shape and does not bleed colour when heated.
An alternative to fish roe, for consumption that is more respectful of marine resources.
Long shelf life: 12 months from production and 7 days after opening.
Storage temperature: between 2 ºC and 6 ºC.
