INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 of soft tofu
 - Broth (Kombu and bonito seaweed broth, soy sauce and Mirin (very sweet sake) proportionally 5:1:1
 - 1 okra
 - Avruga
 - citron skin
 
PREPARATION:
- Make the broth with the proportions detailed in the ingredients.
 - Okra is washed with salt and water, lightly cooked and put in cold water. Once cooled, cut in half, remove the seeds and chop.
 - Place the tofu in a deep bowl or plate, adding the chopped Okra and Avruga to taste on top and decorating it with a little citron skin.
 - To finish, water with the broth.
