Spherika Baeri Caviar comes from Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baerii).

It is produced according to the Malossol method, which brings out its full flavour.

Tasting notes:

Caviar with a medium persistence in the mouth, slightly iodised, intense and smooth, with fruity and mineral notes.
The grains are medium-sized, with a creamy texture. Its colour varies from light grey to shiny black.

WITHOUT: GLUTEN, GMO, flavourings, flavour enhancers, preservatives and colourings.

Keep refrigerated between 0ºC and 4ºC

Suggestion for use

As this is an exquisite variety, it is recommended to enjoy it on its own or with blinis.
