INGREDIENTS:
- 225 grams of unsweetened membrillo (quince paste)
- 130 grams of fresh cheese
- 4 square slices of toasted bread
- 1 jar of Spherika Date pearls
PREPARATION:
- Cut the membrillo and the fresh cheese into 2cm cubes. You will need 4 cubes of each ingredient per toast.
- Cut the toast into a 6cm x 6cm square.
- Place the cubes of fresh cheese and membrillo on top of the toast, alternating them as in the checkers board game.
- Top with a spoonful of date pearls.
