INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of Arenkha Selection
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION:

  1. Arrange a bed of crushed ice in a nice bowl or caviar, ideally made of glass.
  2. Open the can of Arënkha Selection and place it on top of the ice
  3. Cut the lemon into quarters and squeeze over the Arënkha Selection.
  4. Taste directly from the can by spoonfuls or with some blinis.
